This year I’ve noticed my increased hesitation to post. I’ve become much more aware about what I post here on my blog. It did not seem to be an issue in 2025.
Do I care more? Do I care less? it’s not really the point.

SO WHAT I think is more the point, like who cares? Not everything I write or think about deserves sharing or makes it to this platform or my social media.
So What? can be used in a creative way to challenge ones own thinking. We need more pause before publishing. Not everything nor everyone’s opinion has to be expressed – who is it in service to? Does it add any value?

The internet is stuffed with meaningless drivel and now AI made content bloats it further.

Would a big So what? button instead of a publish button or a share button work? Would that make the internet better?

By clicking SO WHAT, you affirm that your content adds value, is thougntful, and the internet is better for it.

The idea that every single publish click creates a better internet would be a change for the better. Right now it feels like a torturous violent competitive sport rather than a generative space for flourishing.

It could also be an anti-bot or AI check… like OY you posting are you a human? are you really posting that content to the internet?

Would it work?
