Nice to have my talk and slides documented on the on the FEASTA website, here. Galway PPN have some photos and the pdf of the presentation here.
In the garden on Saturday I was watching to see if the Ballybunion beans Lisa Fingleton gifted me are going to grow…

This group of seedlings, could be described as the Feeding Ourselves posey – other beans about to sprout from Gorse Hill Feeding Ourselves event in TCD January, the Crown Prince pumpkin is influenced by Dee Sewell of Greenside Up, community gardens, Carlow IEN & Carlow County Council.
Alice from The Lake has no Voice Arts collective has seeded and gifted me plants that are going in the ground..
The wonderful Dee has gifted me more plants this week, some are Irish Seed Saver Heirloom plants. Which I am looking forward to growing on.
In the garden I felt the company of memory plants.

It’s warm but very windy, starting to harden off plants outside the tunnel they are in danger of being burnt and wicked.
It’s been a busy week with
- a submission for RSES Southren Region and supporting Feasta on a submission to all regions.
- Coaching and working with teams
helping people who need to work together actually figure out how to do it – with respect for shared potential. - researching if I’m eligible for a research fellowship – I’m not but now áine opens a question on if I should do a PhD…
I am also revisiting Reclaiming the Future youth and young adult workshops. They are a course, framework and set of workshops rather than just a one or two workshop event.
Besides this heatwave which seems like it’s going to end in a violent thunderstorm, there are other things a foot. Saying no yes to some – no to others.
I’m at least 3 posts behind today!
Hope you are well, thanks for being here.
